I also use ManageFlitter on a daily basis. Keep track of who unfollowed you, unfollow based on profile and activity, and in general keep your Twitter feed clean. The best feature is being able to unfollow those who are inactive (haven't posted in over 30 days). No sense in filling up your Follower-to-Following ratio with people who simply aren't using Twitter anymore!
